A luxurious salad filled with fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables, finished with a special dressing.

3. Assortment of four kinds of fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu Market

This exquisite dish is made up of four carefully selected types of fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu, lavishly presented as sashimi.

4. Fried local chicken

A classic taste that is juicy and crispy.

5. Fried monkfish

Luxurious monkfish, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

6. Grilled salted shrimp
